Message from the Chairs:
This year in GUCD, our work is more important than ever. We have the most consequential election of our lives, where we will be working hard to re-elect the Harris-Walz ticket, defend our Senate majority, flip the House, elect Democratic governors, and defeat the MAGA agenda of division, hatred, and authoritarianism. On campus, we will be ramping up our activism in new ways to fight for progressive values and justice in our community, we will bring speakers from a variety of backgrounds to help inform and inspire our organization, and we will help connect our members to important and meaningful professional opportunities. But, most importantly, we will build a diverse, inclusive community of Hoyas who share a desire to stand up for what we believe in and use our voices for good. We need every bit of help we can get, so we encourage anyone and everyone to join us and get involved in the fight to better our country and community.
